Loïc and Stéphane, your hosts at Le Hameau des Prés-Verts
“We are Loïc and Stéphane, and we welcome you to Les Champeaux, in the Pays d’Auge. Le Hameau des Prés-Verts brings together everything we love: having people to stay, making good things to eat and offering a place where you are glad to linger.”
“Our two houses, Reinette Grise and the Chalet Normand, let everyone enjoy their stay in their own way. You have your own space, a kitchen so you can do things at your own pace, and us close by to prepare for your arrival and answer your questions.”

A love of hosting that became our way of life
“We have always had a flair for hospitality. We loved throwing parties, cooking good food and having our friends and family over.”
“For two and a half years, we dreamt up our project in a notebook, gathering our ideas, our wishes and photographs of what we hoped to create.”
“As Stéphane was nearing retirement and Loïc was finishing his pastry training, we set out to find the ideal place to bring this project to life. That is how we came to the Hameau des Prés-Verts.”
Loïc and a love of baking
“A former artistic make-up artist and sculptor, I recently trained as a pastry chef to enrich our guesthouse project and give it a truly gourmet touch.”

Breakfasts served in your house
Three breakfasts, sweet, savoury and mixed, are available as an option at €13, €15 and €17 per person. From 11am, the signature brunch at €24 brings together homemade buns and brioche, eggs and cheeses, among other things. The full menus let you choose your perfect morning.
“The tray is served in your house, or outdoors depending on the season. We want this moment to stay simple: you enjoy your morning in the place you have chosen to stay.”
Two houses and many ways
to spend your stay
Reinette Grise has half-timbering, old beams and a large private garden. The Chalet Normand pairs a contemporary interior with a terrace and a heated pool reserved for its guests in season. Solo travellers and couples are welcome in both houses, as are families and friends, up to the capacity of each.
“We love that you can choose your own atmosphere and pace: exploring the Pays d’Auge, cooking up your finds from the market, walking in the countryside nearby or simply spending the day at home. And if you would like to gather more of your family and friends, you can book both houses together, subject to availability, for up to 10 people across the two.”
Planning your stay
with us
“If you cannot decide between the houses, or have a question about the beds, the services or how to get here, write to us. Your dates and a few details about your stay will help us give you a clear answer.”
