In Les Champeaux, in the Pays d’Auge, the outdoor hot tub at Le Hameau des Prés-Verts welcomes you beneath a wooden gazebo that opens onto the meadows. Its water is heated to 38 °C all year round. You can enjoy it whether you are staying at Reinette Grise or at the Chalet Normand.
The hot tub is free for Hameau guests to use and included in the price of the stay. To enjoy it, simply book your time slot in advance with your hosts. During that slot, the space is yours alone, whether you come on your own, as a couple or with family and friends.

A wooden gazebo open to the hedged fields
The roof shelters the tub while the open sides let you take in the countryside. All around, hedges trace the outline of the fields and the valley. A bench lets you settle in before or after your soak, without losing sight of the Pays d’Auge.
The hot tub stands in the grounds of the Hameau, outside the houses. Afterwards, you head back to your gîte to cook, read or carry on the evening at your own pace.
A pause through the seasons
After a walk, a visit to a cheese dairy or a day in Falaise, your return to the Hameau can carry on under the gazebo. In the evening, the light softens over the meadows. In winter, water at 38 °C lets you enjoy this open-air moment throughout your stay.
Book your time slot before you slip in
A time to arrange in advance
Get in touch with your hosts to choose a slot from those available. Let them know how many of you there will be, so you can find out how many people the tub holds and how sessions are organised. Access is included; you only need to book the time so everything is ready for you.
If you are booking both houses together, let your hosts know how your group is made up. They will help you plan suitable slots, without assuming that everyone can get into the tub at the same time.

Choose your house with access to the hot tub
Reinette Grise sleeps up to 6 in a Normandy house with a private garden. The Chalet Normand sleeps up to 4 and has two interconnecting bedrooms. Each house can also be booked by one person or a couple. Pets are welcome in both gîtes.
The two houses can be booked together, for up to 10 people in all, subject to availability. The hot tub is included for their guests, with slots to arrange in advance.

Is there an extra charge?
No. Access is included in the price of your stay.
Can we use it without booking a time?
Time slots must be booked in advance. Please contact your hosts before using the hot tub.
Is the hot tub only for guests?
Yes, for guests staying at Reinette Grise and the Chalet Normand. It is not offered as a separate spa visit for people from outside.
